Dear Friends
I have copied a little meditation sent in by one of our parishioners
LIFE
Life is an Opportunity
benefit from it.
Life is Beauty
admire it.
Life is Bliss
taste it.
Life is a Dream
realise it.
Life is a Duty
complete it.
Life is a Game
play it.
Life is Costly
care for it.
Life is Wealth
keep it.
Life is Love
enjoy it.
Life is a Mystery
know it.
Life is a Promise
fulfil it.
Life is Sorrow
overcome it.
Life is a Song
sing it.
Life is a Struggle
accept it.
Life is an Adventure
desire it.
Life is too Precious
do not destroy it.
Life is Life
We pray that those who feel driven to protest against racial discrimination - sometimes after centuries - may find justice. May our politicians and civil leaders respond and help to create a more equitable society as part of our emergence from this crisis.
We continue to pray for those who are sick especially
Adela, Winnie, Sylvia, Joe, Susan, Irene and Audrey
And for those who have died especially
Fr Peter, Michael, Roy, Alf, Malcolm, Elsie, Matthew, Anne, Stella, Chris, Kenneth, Carol Ann, Ingeburg, Winnie, Patricia, Eileen, Maureen, Joan, Frank, Robert, Lynda, Cecilia, Lourdes, Dale, John, Eileen, Michael, Graham, Maria, Andrew, Gladys, Ellen, Patrick, Pauline, Michael, Alice, Gordon, Mary William, Lynn and Elsie
St Joseph, pray for us
Every blessing
Fr John
