Bishop John Arnold's vision for the future of our parishes

In an interview with Bishop John Arnold he describes how the diocese has changed over time which has forced a restructuring of the diocese to accommodate the number of priests and parishes we now have. He describes the importance of building mission communities in our parishes, the importance of lay leadership and how we must adapt to the change by each taking some responsibility for parish life with clearly defined roles, defined to become missionary disciples as Pope Francis wants us to be.
