The course will take place every Wednesday between 19th September and 21st November and begins each night at 7.00 pm with a supper followed by watching a DVD and then small group discussions which we aim to finish promptly at 9.30.
There is also a weekend on Saturday and Sunday 3 and 4 November at a venue to be confirmed which is an integral part of the course and designed to give time for reflection amid the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives.
We hope you will enjoy your time with us and we will do our best to make sure that you get the most out of the course. And remember, if it's not fun, it's not Alpha!
